Diced natural sliced caps are the perfect easy-to-prepare minced meat or small chunk substitute. (4 x 100 gram paks) per box. Includes 300+ King Oyster mushroom-based seafood and meat main course entrée recipes.

Cooking Suggestions: Marinate in meat or seafood seasoning. Spice and par bake to substitute in any dish calling for minced chicken, turkey, beef or any other meat or seafood.

This may include bolognese pasta sauces, lasagna, shepherd's pie, nacho topping, chicken pot pies, meatloaf and burgers.

As the texture of caps is different than the stems. They generally require less preparation to mimic the original meat of seafood dish textures. Pecans or walnuts are often added for the slightly crunch texture in found in most minced meats.

Serve with your favorite fresh condiments and side grains or vegetables.
