Shredded natural cut KO whole mushrooms are the perfect easy-to-prepare pulled meat, minced meat or small chunk substitute. Pulled chicken and pork sliders and sandwiches are favorites. (4 x 100 gram paks) per box. Choose from 300+ King Oyster seafood and meat entrée main course recipes.

Cooking Suggestions: A few options based on desired texture. Pan fry or bake directly for chewy seafood textures. For noodles and meats, blanch with fresh lime and seasoning to desired texture like pasta. Spice and bake on a baking sheet like any pulled meat or poultry. 450 for 20 minutes.

Substitute prepared spiced shredded KO mushrooms in any dish calling for minced chicken, turkey, beef or any other meat or seafood. This might included crab cakes, cutlets, calamari, gyros, pulled pork or puled jerk chicken, nacho topping, chicken pot pies, meatloaf and burgers.

For molding whole pieces, like breast of chicken, veal, or chicken parmigiana, use a binder such as Jamaican Irish Moss or seitan vegan flour to hold the form, instead of eggs and flour.

Serve with your favorite fresh condiments and side grains or vegetables.
